Curtis Milander

Curtis Milander is Lead Trainer at LearnAir and a transformational change leader with 25+ years of enterprise experience. He built his expertise guiding large-scale digital and AI adoptions at Nike — including a $2B+ technology portfolio touching 90,000 employees across 50 countries. A Prosci-certified change leader and Product School graduate, Curtis has spent his career at the intersection of people, technology, and change.

At LearnAir, Curtis designs and leads AI literacy programs for teams and leaders — translating complex AI concepts into practical, relevant skills people can actually use. His training draws on real-world transformation experience, not just frameworks. Participants come away with clearer thinking, better habits, and the confidence to make AI work for them.

His approach to learning mirrors his approach to change: meet people where they are, build genuine capability, and make it stick. He believes the gap between knowing about AI and knowing how to use it is exactly where good training earns its keep.

Outside of work, Curtis serves on the board of the Community Cycling Center in Portland. He stays grounded through mountain biking Pacific Northwest trails, cooking for his family, and looking for any excuse to point the camper toward Sisters, OR.
