Client Relations Specialist

Brock brings more than a decade of hospitality experience to his role as Client Relations Specialist at LearnAIR™, with a career spanning theme parks, cruise lines, airlines, and resort hotels. Most recently in the industry, he led sales and revenue management for two hotel properties and a convention center, where success depended on coordinating complex operations across teams while managing long-term client relationships. Brock will apply his diverse experience in multi-departmental business operations with his proven client support skills to further empower teams with LearnAIR™'s dedicated services. Outside of work, Brock enjoys exploring a variety of Central Oregon outdoor activities, traveling, spending time with family, and pursuing his many hobbies.
