Channel Distribution · Partner Enablement
Building practical AI confidence for D&H's channel-facing teams
Foundation Series© training that moved D&H from AI literacy into workflow-centered partner enablement.

Audience
Technology distributors and channel organizations helping internal teams, reseller communities, and customer-facing leaders translate AI into practical work.
Partnership Focus
Move AI conversations beyond generic capability demos toward credible, workflow-centered enablement for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Outcome
Personalized, project-specific Copilot working patterns grounded in participants' real responsibilities.
Situation
As a technology distributor, D&H sits between vendors and a large reseller community - which meant AI questions were arriving from every direction. Internal teams needed working fluency with Copilot for their own day-to-day responsibilities, and customer-facing leaders needed to speak about AI credibly rather than repeating vendor talking points.
Partnership Focus
D&H partnered with LearnAIR™ on the Foundation Series©, moving from approachable AI literacy and personalization into real-work workflow design and project-specific digital colleagues. Human review, governance, and practical partner use cases stayed at the center throughout.
Solution
LearnAIR™ built a shared foundation in Copilot, practical prompting, and personalization through the LearnAIR™ DIRECT framework, then guided participants from individual prompts into repeatable workflows: identifying routine work, supplying the right context, and refining outputs through real tasks. Project-based notebooks and tailored instructions organized conversations, resources, and role-specific support, and the experience was adapted to D&H's available Copilot environment while reinforcing iteration, output validation, and responsible human oversight.
Impact
Participants gained a shared language for AI adoption that works for both technical and non-technical audiences, along with personalized, project-specific Copilot working patterns grounded in their actual responsibilities rather than demo scenarios.
Looking Ahead
D&H now has a practical foundation for taking AI conversations to its partner community with credibility - workflow-centered enablement that can extend from internal teams to resellers and their end customers.
